Wholesale Shipping Information
We typically ship parcels via FedEx or DHL. We reserve the right to use other carriers from time to time as needed. Our parcels ship from Bali, Indonesia.
Wholesale pre-orders are placed through our website. Once we receive your pre-order, we will review it and calculate the shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary depending on the quantity of products ordered. You will receive an email from us with the shipping costs for your approval before we proceed with processing the order.
We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if the shipping carrier can verify that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipping methods for international clients will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend the address if the package has not yet been dispatched.
If the package is already in transit, we will make every effort to assist in redirecting it; however, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Should the package be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will incur additional shipping fees. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel the returned order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring accurate shipping information to facilitate timely and successful deliveries.
CUSTOMS
Every country is different! You will be responsible for all the possible taxes and customs fees your country may charge for importing goods. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Arun is legally required to declare the full valued paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs check and we will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.
Abandoned or refused parcels will not be eligible for refund on the shipped items, shipping costs, import duties or fees incurred.
