Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns. All of our pieces are made-to-order and produced exclusively based on each customer’s request. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returned items.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before submitting and to contact us with any questions prior to placing a wholesale pre-order.
